Damask rose harvest festival in Ansarud: Photos

The Iranian village of Ansarud has hosted the 10th edition of damask rose harvest festival.

Ansarud village lies in Osku County in East Azerbaijan Province.

Osku County is one of the best places for growing damask rose due to its appropriate weather.

Roses of Osku are unique in terms of color and flagrant, and rose water produced in the county is of high quality.

The area used to grow damask roses in the county accounts for 1,500 hectares, each of them produces three to four tons.

On Monday, several officials and tourists participated in the 10th damask rose harvest festival.
